Thanks for the feedback Joanne. I love almond butter as well and just switch back and forth. If you have any other favorites please list them as well. My top picks are not the only healthy, tasty options. Thanks again for your input.

I've eaten Ezekiel breads, but my favorite is a sprouted whole wheat made by Alvarado St. Bakery. I buy it at Whole Foods, freezer section. Really good. I'm also a lover of peanut butter and have had both Trader Joe's brand and Crazy Richards...both good tasting. Whole Foods and Wegman's carry fresh ground peanut butter which we use. Whole Foods also carries fresh ground almond butter that is very good.
In your lunch diet video you talked about combining cereal and yogurt and fruit. My husband and I have been doing that for a while thanks to South Beach. We use low fat or fat free yogurt, and my husband usually uses Kashi GoLean, and I usually use Uncle Sam. I tried your version yesterday.
It was yummy!! I'll definitely keep that as one of our breakfast/lunch options. Thanks for sharing your secrets.
